Mosaic Society of Philadelphia Annual Birthday Celebration

Every year, MSoP members and friends join us for our annual birthday celebration.  This year, MSoP becomes a teenager!  Come help us celebrate our 13th anniversary at Tacony LAB Community Art Center at 6918 Torresdale Avenue, Philadelphia PA. Street  parking is available in the area by the art center.

Our featured speaker, Judy Holland, will enlighten us with a discussion about her use of upcycled porcelain and other materials to create unique mosaic portraits.

Please feel free to bring items to display on our Show and Tell/Work-In-Progress table.

Our mini-mosaic exchange for this birthday celebration is an opportunity to stretch creatively.  The theme for the mini-mosaics will be “Insects” with the use of a rock as the substrate.   Don’t forget that you must bring a mini-mosaic to exchange in order to participate.

And of course, we will have updates on the latest MSoP news, opportunities and happenings.

This meeting is free and open to MSoP members, guests and the general public. No advanced registration is required.
