“Make Your Dreams Concrete”
with Sherri Warner Hunter
The Mosaic Society of Philadelphia is delighted to invite you to the third program in our 2025–2026 season series: a Virtual General Meeting via Zoom.
We are honored to welcome artist, teacher, and author Sherri Warner Hunter for a special presentation “Make Your Dreams Concrete”.
From her studio in Bell Buckle, Tennessee, Sherri will take us on a creative journey into the world of three-dimensional sculpture. She’ll share approachable techniques using concrete, foam-and-concrete systems, and carved foam over armatures—forms that can be painted or beautifully embellished with mosaics.
A hallmark of Sherri’s teaching is her ability to make sculptural processes accessible and reproducible at home, empowering artists of all levels to explore new possibilities. Several MSOP members who have studied with Sherri will also share photos and reflections from their workshops, offering a glimpse into the inspiration her teaching sparks.
Free pre-registration is required for all participants. Only registered attendees will receive the Zoom link to join the program.

Of course, we will have our usual mini mosaic trade. The theme for this meeting’s mini-mosaic exchange is "Quilted". Instructions to participate in the mini mosaic trade are detailed in the confirmation letter you receive after registering for the meeting. In addition to our speaker and the mini mosaic trade, we will also share MSOP updates and have a member “Show and Tell” of recently completed or in-progress work as well as time for joining in conversation with other attendees!
